Beautiful Condo with a quaint location in Central Phoenix location on the Second Floor 1024 sf. Open floor Plan, Living Room, Kitchen & Bar, and Dining Room. Very cozy! Large private outdoor covered patio. Two split bedrooms both with on-suite bathrooms. One with King bed and full private Bath for master, the other is queen bed with on-suite bath with shower. Community Pool and Hot Tub at the clubhouse. Gated Community and 1 assigned parking space...

Great midtown gated location which is easy to get to everything within a few miles or less than a mil walk to the light rail and get around easily. Dog park and Indian Steele Park just across the street has grass hills and ponds great to walk or hang out and watch the ducks.
Guest Access
You can use the building balcony at the west end for nice sunsets The pool, hot tub are located at Building 1 as you enter on the right. There is a fob in the unit to use these amenities.

Less than a mile away from the light rail and can walk around the VA it through the park, if it’s during hours when it’s open Waymo, Uber and Lyft are really available be sure to identify the gate on Devonshire otherwise Some arrive on Montecito Ave and can’t enter through there.
